Executive Leadership

Strong administrative leadership is a critical component to ensuring the success and discovery of life-changing therapies. The VCC administrative leadership is comprised of research administrators with diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives. However, they all have at least one thing in common. These leaders wake up daily (as well as often lose sleep over) pondering what support our brilliant scientists and physician-scientists need in order to take patient care to the next level. Motivated by the opportunity to improve the lives of patients, often including our own families, our administrative leaders know what it takes to navigate a new, novel idea into standard medical practice.
