BioVU Consent

When your doctor orders clinical tests, there is usually some sample left over after the tests are done. In the past, these residual samples were thrown away. BioVU uses these leftover samples for research when patients agree to participate in BioVU. If you do not want to donate any leftover samples to BioVU, do not sign the BioVU form.
